We are looking for someone with deep understanding of entire order to cash process. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a great teammate
Responsibilities
- Lead the Order-to-Cash Process for a global client, leading a team of around 60 employees. Responsibility spreads across Cash Applications, B2B Collections, Billing and Credit Management related sub-processes.
- Handle the function’s performance outcome metrics through flawless measurement of accuracy and timeliness metrics. Report-out process matrices, collated from service delivery teams, globally. Take pro-active action to detect dip in process performance and enable quick short-term and long-term solution.
- Lead Client and Internal partners with utmost care, analyzing volumetric information, with a problem-solving attitude. Relationship management is key to succeed in this role.
- Handle people issues through pro-active communication with larger teams, and ensure quick action on people related grievances to run surprise free operations.
- Carry out daily and weekly interactions with client on operational performance, proactively communicate to the customer about process/team status or changes and issues/ risks which may arise in the process or in the team
- Act as 2nd level of critical issue for client and take necessary action to get the resolution, connect with the customer about status and actions taken.
- Take full ownership of the process and operations handled, with transparent but flexible mentality to solve problems to the end customer, rather than just solve immediate deliverables.
- Build awareness within the team on customer priorities to ensure teams are performing with full transparency and agility.
Minimum Qualification
- B.Com Graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)
- Meaningful experience in Order to Cash
- Excellent Knowledge in Collections and Cash Applications
- Relevant team management experience (min 40 people)
- Has experience in managing Cash-applications for P&C & A&H business.
- Good oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills; proven ability to analyze and problem seek; ability to detail, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Have previously managed client partners from UK/ Europe Region.
- Analytics Certification or full-time MBA degree from top institute
