- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media (focusing on relevant professional platforms like LinkedIn).
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Budget & Performance Analysis: Manage the marketing budget effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong, positive brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is often a plus).
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, or a related B2B sector.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, supply chains, and B2B marketing channels is crucial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms.
