If no one performs the work this will result into Statutory non-compliances (Companies Act) , non-closure of timely audit of financial statements and PV being one of the major subsidiary of TML, timely submission of financials for TML consolidation will be hamperedJob ResponsibilityCoordinating with TML COE, GDC of analysing & reviewing the entries passed for TML PV EV and also close the Financial statements – Ind AS
Review of Trial Balance, Variances, classification of Balance Sheet, provisions done at the month / quarter ends.
Review & sign off of key accounting schedules like PPE, RPT, bank reconciliation, inventory management, warranty provision, debtors, payables etc.
Coordination with statutory auditors
Finalization of TML PV EV Annual Report
Ensure that all the documentation for Accounts Closing and Book Close process for TML standalone are done as required by PCAOB, US.Stakeholder Profiles & Nature of InteractionsInternalSubsidiaries/ Holding Company - Finalisation of TB and Financial statements and ensuring proper consolidation is done for TML Group Consolidation Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
Plant Finance/ GDC/Treasury - Discussions on Accounting issues – changes / new transactions
Analysis of accounting to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards / assumptions used for key estimates. Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
Secretarial / Direct Tax / Indirect Tax / Treasury - Giving financial data as required for various compliances / approvals Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
Investor Relations - Data for Investor / analyst communications Quarterly / YearlyExternalStatutory Auditors - Getting the Financials Audited. Closing Audit issues.
Facilitating the audit Monthly / Quarterly / YearlyDesired Candidate ProfileRelevant Experience : 6 to 9 yearsEducation: Chartered AccountantSkills & CompetenciesSound knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS Standards and working knowledge of MS-Office, SAP and HFM. Good oral and written communication skills
