- Deliver a consistent and outstanding in-store customer experience by resolving issues, responding to feedback, and cultivating customer loyalty.
- Monitor and forecast sales trends, plan stock requirements, and take proactive measures to achieve financial targets while reducing excess inventory and wastage.
- Institute robust loss prevention processes including inventory checks and staff awareness to safeguard assets and reduce shrinkage.
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities for staff to build product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- Track departmental KPIs, analyze performance against goals, and implement action plans to drive improvements in productivity and sales.
