Job description Role & responsibilities :- Identifying and Appointing Distributors and Dealers in the potential markets in the contingency blocks. Should have connections with at least 10 Distributors with 10 Cr turnover each. High volume, High-value negotiations; Judging credit worthiness and credit control; Government, corporate and Institutions, liaison for sales and statutory matters. Managing, Guiding and motivating the team of Area managers, Territory Managers and Market Development Officers. Organizing Farmers Meeting and RDA in Vegetable crops, Ginger, Rose Mary, Banana, Papaya, Pomo, Grapes, and Sugarcane. Contacting the FPOs, Organic growers Association and Contract farming corporates to generate the business. Designing Product based Crop Specific schemes to encourage the associates to enhance the sales. Managing the Depots and stocks to ensure timely supply of stocks and to avoid stock outs. Be informative on competitors products and communicate this information to senior management as well as to juniors so that everyone is updated on the competitors progress Be a part of managerial training programs as and when required Communicate regularly with the branch and take feedback on daily collection, daily sales, pending orders etc Ensure creation and adherence of SOPs by the team members Look after the expenses of the dealer meetings, media events and report to senior management Review the collection of receipts, product complaints and their handling, contributory gift orders, sales return and loose material return etc. Preferred candidate profile :- Strong Sales Accumen Team Building Business Expansion Dealer & Distributor Managment
