  • This is the first marketing hire, where the candidate will be setting up the marketing engine from scratch.
  • We prefer candidates from Product Marketing background
  • Lead positioning and messaging across all products and ICPs (MGA, Carrier, Mutual). Drive the narrative as we shift from a point solution to a multi-product underwriting platform
  • Own competitive landscape mapping, category creation, and strategic differentiation. Oversee integrated GTM campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and web
  • Drive top-of-funnel, nurture, and ABM with performance + product marketing. Own product launches and website updates in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Work with events and sales to scale field marketing.Partner with SDRs/AEs to refine pitches, decks, battlecards, etc.
  • Bring structure to content production, reviews, asset management.Build and track OKRs, campaign metrics, and budget allocation
  • Build a feedback-driven, high-performance culture
Candidate should come from Product Marketing backgroundThis role will be reporting to the Founder
  • 8-10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with early-stage or GTM ownership
  • Experience owning messaging/positioning in multi-product or evolving product environments
  • Strong team management experience (at least 3-5 direct reports)
  • A player-coach mindset: strategic thinker, but not afraid to get hands-on
  • Passion for building from 0→1 with limited structure
  • Deep appreciation for cross-functional collaboration (especially sales + product)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
