Perform clerical tax accounting research tasks relating to such items as tax audits, tax notices, escheats
Compile audit documentation as needed
Compile tax notice documentation as needed
Prepare exempt sales tax certificates as requested
Support function to all areas of tax as needed. This may include work related to implementation of software, research, data processing
Conform and adhere to internal controls over tax accounting procedures as set forth by upper management.

Experience needed to succeed:

General Indirect tax reporting, accounting and reconciliation exposure, specifically related to indirect tax primarily U.S. sales tax
Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Advanced Excel skills (i.e. x-lookups, sumifs, pivot tables)
Ability to multi-task and complete projects within specific deadlines
Strong computer, presentation and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
