- Understand complex utility tariffs, rates, and programs; convert them into models and maintain/update them as needed.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful completion of deliverables end-to-end.
- Validate client-provided input data for modeling accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve tariff logic issues in internal tools and external products.
- Drive sprint ceremonies and motivate team members to achieve sprint goals.
- Ensure proper validation and regression testing of products, along with adherence to change management processes.
- Resolve discrepancies between shadow bills and actual bills.
- Develop and implement automation and efficiency improvements to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Act as a leader by sharing knowledge and mentoring senior analysts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, enhancements, and processes.
- 2–4 years of industry experience
- Experience leading a team
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Statistics, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with Python or Shell scripting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated innovation mindset
- Experience in the energy industry
- Familiarity with utility tariffs (electricity/gas)
- Knowledge of Excel Macros and Power Query
- Passion for data analysis
