Job Description Job Description:Project Support:o Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.o Maintain detailed online/Offline MPP file and present weekly reports based on actual efforts with detailed WBSo Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.o Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.o Contribute to the identification and implementation of project management tools and systems.Communication and Reporting:o Responsible to connect with all stakeholders, get data, compile and prepare periodic reports.o Handle tasks of preparing adhoc reports based on Project Management office, customer requirements. Update, upload data in project specific trackers/sharepoint.o Assist in the preparation of project reports, dashboards, and presentations.o Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of project data and metrics.o Facilitate regular project status meetings and ensure effective communication (MOM) among project stakeholders.o Contribute to the development of project communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.Process Improvement:o Support the Project quality assurance processes, Quality Gates and audits both internal and customer specific.o Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management methodologies and processes.o Identify opportunities for streamlining project management activities and enhancing efficiency.o Assist in documenting and sharing best practices and lessons learned from projects.Resource Management:o Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements and allocate resources effectively.o Assist in monitoring resource capacity and demand across projects.o Support the coordination of resource onboarding and offboarding processes.o Contribute to resource utilization tracking and reporting.
