As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR management and be familiar with current HR trends and best practices. This is a full-time role that can be done remotely or as a freelance position, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in HR management
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
Experience in recruitment and selection processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
