Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to lead outreach and partnerships with higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with colleges and universities, and a deep understanding of institutional sales and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and educational groups for strategic partnerships.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with TPOs, placement heads, deans, and other key decision-makers.- Conduct impactful demos, presentations, and meetings (both online and offline).- Negotiate MoUs and ensure seamless onboarding and account servicing.- Own end-to-end sales pipeline: lead generation, pitch, conversion, and post-sale engagement.- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.- Represent LineupX at education fairs, campus visits, and networking events when required.Requirements:- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or partnerships.- Strong background working with colleges, universities, or academic ecosystems is mandatory.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.- Willingness to travel as needed for institutional visits and events.
