Safety OfficerExperience: 3~7 yearsQualification: B.Sc./BE/DME with PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety)Job Profile:· Conduct periodical training program for awareness on safety, health and environment.· Conduct Safety committee meeting periodically..· Monitor the unsafe act and unsafe condition and report to concerned section.· Assist procurement to procure the good quality of personal protective equipment.· Monitor work permit compliance.· Investigate the accident & incident occurs in the plant and ensures the necessary correctiveaction are taken.· Arrange safety promotional activity and arrange safety competition during safety week.· Monitor and ensure compliance of legal requirement pertaining to Safety, health andenvironment.· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazardous conditionsand Equipment..· Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.· Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientationand ongoing training. Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issuesand concerns.· Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure safety practices arentegrated into all operations and processes.· HSE implementation monitoring at sites. Hazards Identification, Risk assessments and JobSafety Analysis.· Implementing and maintain records of Safety Inspection,Safety Management programs andother Health and safety activities likemedical checkup, first aid etc· Conducting safety trainings, Tool Box Talks, Safety walk downs to build safe workEnvironment culture.· Maintain and submit proper reports like Near Miss/ Incident report, safety meeting, PPEstocks, Safety task assignments etc.· Conduct Safety related Mock drill and also look after Fire Hydrant System.
