Job descriptionPosition- Sr. Fashion ConsultantLocation- Borivali (w) MumbaiQualification – Any GraduatesExperience- Minimum 2 years experience in retail and 1 year experience as a fashionconsultant.Core Responsibilities1. Client Relationship - Assisting clients, updating clients about offers and policies,sharing product knowledge and engaging them in positive conversations.2. Sales - Making sales, achieving sales targets, Cross and up-selling, maintaining outflowof qty, maintaining average bill value, managing and recording walk-in and trail roomconversions.3. After-Sales service - Pick up updates, Alteration follow-ups, noting customer feedback,handling sales/product-related issues.4. Floor management - arranging products in a presentable way, steaming of products, security tagging, back stock management, inward and outward stock and stock counting.● Languages - English, Hindi and any other regional language.● Computing skills - must have the knowledge and ability to use the computer and newtechnology swiftly.
