We are seeking a passionate and qualified Hindi Teacher to join our dynamic education team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping students’ linguistic proficiency, cultural understanding, and academic success in the Hindi language. This position is integral to fostering a rich, immersive learning environment where students develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction to diverse learners across grade levels, promoting critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication. With a commitment to student-centered learning and continuous professional development, the Hindi Teacher will contribute significantly to the academic excellence and holistic growth of our institution.Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive, standards-based lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and institutional goals.
- Implement interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies to enhance language acquisition and cultural appreciation.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, presentations, and exams; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and academic curiosity.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources (e.g., digital storytelling, audio-visual aids) to enrich the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and parents to support student development and address individual learning needs.
- Participate in professional development workshops, curriculum reviews, and school-wide initiatives.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as Hindi declamation contests, poetry recitals, and cultural events.
- Experience in curriculum development or textbook authoring.
- Knowledge of regional dialects and Indian literary traditions.
- Experience in conducting language workshops or public speaking events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed. in Hindi or equivalent) required.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in teaching Hindi at the school level (primary to secondary).
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education, cultural preservation, and student mentorship.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment.
