- Service Offering Development
- Build modular, customizable cybersecurity learning offerings tailored for various customer personas-plant operators, SOC teams, CISOs, compliance teams, OEMs, and partners.
- Translate in-house knowledge into structured learning paths across OT/IT security, secure architecture, threat hunting, incident response, and compliance.
- Program Design & Delivery
- Design blended learning formats including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, gamified simulation centre, and certification-aligned workshops.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs, service heads, and partners to co-develop and deliver high-quality training experiences.
- Develop service packages, pricing models, and enablement collaterals for marketing and sales.
- Customer Engagement & Customization
- Work with Sales and GTM teams to understand client needs and design context-specific training programs (e.g., SCADA security for ports, NIS2 awareness for European utilities).
- Lead pre-sales conversations and demos with client stakeholders to position the L&D offering.
- Partnership and Certification Ecosystem
- Build partnerships with OEMs, certification bodies, and academia to create certified programs (e.g., OT Security Foundation, SOC Analyst Level 1/2, Industrial Incident Response).
- Ensure content is aligned with frameworks like NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and industry compliance requirements.
- Impact and Metrics
- Track delivery outcomes, learner feedback, certification rates, and impact on client cybersecurity maturity.
- Create dashboards to measure service performance and business impact.

- Commercial mindset with the ability to define and manage L&D as a revenue stream.
- Ability to handle client engagements, sales support, and end-to-end service delivery.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Instructional Design
- Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or relevant cybersecurity areas (e.g., CISSP, GICSP) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity training, L&D design, or consulting, with a focus on enterprise or industrial clients.
- Proven experience designing and delivering external training services as part of a business offering.
- Strong understanding of OT/IT security concepts and audience-specific delivery (technical vs. operational vs. executive).
