Com / M com / CA or ICWA Salary : 3 Lacs - 8 Lacs ( 2 0 - 30 % Hike ON take home salary ) Responsibilities: The role performs GL processing & amp; reconciliation, payroll processing & amp; tax returns of a region. Additionally, the role implements process automation & amp; improvement initiatives pertaining to general accounting External Interfaces Internal Interfaces Vendors, Auditors, Contractors (if required) GCC Management Team General Accounting Team Support (HR, IT, Administration, Facilities& amp; Finance) Other relevant teams of the organization Requirements: Relevant Experience 2 - 10 yrs years of relevant experience working with Captive centers or BPO firms Behavioral Skills People Leadership Innovation & amp; Disruption Decision Making Execution Focus Knowledge Accounting excellence Financial planning & amp; reporting Financial risk management Financial systems & amp; data management Taxation Management Strong R2R domain experience - specifically month end close process Strong domain experience - specifically month end close process Understanding of trial balance, accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, intercompany accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting Managing day to day operations for R2R domain General Accounting Month End closing and Reporting Bank/Intercompany reconciliation General Ledger Posting the journal entries.
