About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts and optimize our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings, mitigate risks, and improve overall supplier performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Experience: 4-5 years in Qualification - B.Tech/ B.com/ MBA, experience of handling Direct Material Projects (Preferrable Tractor/ Automobile manufacturing). Location- Faridabad Salary - 5-6 LPA (As per experience) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize the procurement process and achieve cost savings targets. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier assessments, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements. Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization. Lead supplier selection processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations, to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Prepare category specific document, strategy document, category knowledge /management for various direct and indirect spend.
