Location – Bangalore / NoidaThe ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for the overall architecture, design, development, and implementation of solutions related to ServiceNow capabilities – Security operations (SecOps), vulnerability response (VR), integrated risk management (IRM) and third party risk management (TPRM).
He/she should effectively map business needs to technical requirements, and ensure the scalability and performance of ServiceNow environment with various organizations, departments and engagements.
Responsible for ensuring the solution delivered is engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards. Implement technology specific best practices and standards.
In charge of driving the rollouts of new apps and modules, capable of enhancing configuration and workflows initiated within projects or change requests, works closely with ServiceNow Dev team to deliver successful solutions for internal and stakeholders/customers.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions, develop technical design documents and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Reviews and refines designs for usability, review testing scenarios and refines test cases, to ensure applications quality and works with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments.
Participate in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and roll out phases. Contribute to the strategic development of new platform customization, as needed, based on customer needs.
Maintain an awareness and understanding of technological advances; provide continuous research and assessment of new resources and technology available for ServiceNow platform.
Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team.
