The RF Design Intern will be involved in helping the team to design the front end circuit for the radar system. The role requires working closely with the Radar Development team. Job Responsibilities RF Circuit and Layout design of RF hardware in RADAR. Use industry-standard design tools like ADS, HFSS and CST to perform schematic design, physical layout, parasitic extractions, pre- and post-layout simulations, and Elector-Magnetic (EM) simulations. Perform circuit optimizations to meet performance requirements. Collaborate with design leads on multiple concurrent projects. Perform characterization of RF circuits of radar and validate results to the system requirements. Collaborate in Assembly, Integration and testing process of RADAR payload. Do documentation work related to designing and testing. Requirements Education - M.Tech in ECE or RF and Microwave Engineering. Must have knowledge about RF architecture level blocks circuit RF power amplifier, PLL, VCO, LNA, Mixer, Filter etc. Knowledge and experience with RF and Microwave circuit design. Proficient with ADS, HFSS and CST tools.
