The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on prototyping skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating across teams and supporting manufacturing operations.Requirements:Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Electrical/Electronics systems for defence applications through reverse engineering or new development.
Create prototypes, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct detailed testing and validation.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
Ensure products meet relevant compliance standards and certifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Support manufacturing teams in resolving production issues and addressing component obsolescence.
Participate actively in project management activities such as planning, quotations, and quality assurance.
Liaise with suppliers and clients to provide technical guidance and support.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of Electrical/Electronics products.
