We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager specializing in Power Electronics with a focus on the mechanical aspect to lead our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in design, development, and testing of power electronics products, with a strong background in mechanical engineering. As an R&D Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development, from concept to production, and driving innovation
in mechanical design for power electronics applications.**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's degree preferred.
7 to 10 years of experience in R&D, design, and development of power electronics products,

with a focus on the mechanical aspect.

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials selection, and manufacturing

processes relevant to power electronics applications.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for mechanical

analysis (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).

Experience with thermal management techniques, such as heat sink design, thermal simulation,

and testing.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, drive innovation,

and achieve project milestones.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with

cross-functional teams and external partners.

Proven track record of successfully delivering R&D projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to power electronics products

(e.g., UL, IEC) is a plus.
