- Should lead the project in terms of Civil construction activities.
- Tracking on long lead items and make them delivery in time to reach site for achieving the timelines.
- Coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders at site level for smooth execution of works without deviation of safety and quality.
- Should ensure that all works are happening without deviation in quality.
- Driving the main contractor and ensuring that all the required resources arranged to get the job done.
- Conducting the meetings with contractor and providing the construction clearances.
- Ensuring that all the works are happening without deviation of client safety protocols.
- Time to time coordination with internal MEP team for better understanding smooth execution of works.
- Ensuring that all the materials are available and planned for deliveries as per the agreed project schedule timelines.
- Coordinate and Preparation of weekly reports with internal team and ensure that the reports are getting delivered to all stakeholders on time.
- Education - B.E/ B.Tech- Civil
- 4- 7 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
- Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
- Person should have experience in C&I and who can lead the project in terms of all construction related.
- Project Manager with Civil background with Interior fit out experience.
- Leadership skills with managing site day to day activities with adherence to management goals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Will be part of team member and lead the construction activities
