We are looking for an ERP Executive to manage and support our ERP system operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel and Tally, along with basic IT troubleshooting skills. The role involves handling day-to-day ERP-related tasks, resolving user issues, and assisting with system enhancements. Candidates with prior experience in TCS iON will be preferred.Key Responsibilities● Manage and maintain ERP system operations.
● Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve user queries related to ERP modules.
● Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports for management review.
● Assist in ERP data management, validation, and periodic audits.
● Having Knowledge of Tally for financial data integration and support.
● Support users in ERP functionality and provide basic training when required.
● Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the ERP system and suggest process improvements.
● Collaborate with IT and vendors for system updates or upgrades.Qualifications & Experience● Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP operations and support with Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field preferred.
● Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
● Basic IT knowledge to handle ERP troubleshooting.
● Hands-on experience with ERP software (TCS iON experience preferred).
● Good communication and problem-solving skills.
● Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.Additional Details● Training will be provided for TCS iON ERP System.
