- Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Collaborate with the paid search team to design strategies that boost growth and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and apply data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct competitor research to uncover trends and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Paid Search Manager to improve performance.
- Ensure all campaigns align with KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
- Strong expertise in PPC strategies, including bidding, keyword targeting, ad copy optimization, and landing page testing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and familiarity with tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in Excel (pivot tables, large dataset analysis, actionable insights).
- Proven ability to manage accounts of varying scale and budget while maximizing ROI.
- Knowledge of automated bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with genuine enthusiasm for search marketing.
- Day off on the 3rd Friday of every month (monthly long weekend).
