- Develop architectural concepts in multidisciplinary teams and manage outsourcing activities.
- Specify electronic modules and components and contribute specialist knowledge in electronic engineering fields.
- Apply hands-on knowledge from concept phase to production of high-end mechatronic systems.
- Ensure product compliance with EMI/EMC and safety standards, guiding the team in troubleshooting and solution analysis.
- Manage and optimize process workflows, ensuring proper steps and procedures during the design process.
- Organize design activities, plan and conceptualize new products.
- Support manufacturing/production and supply chain decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transfer of new products into production and the marketplace.
- Manage and allocate team members to various tasks based on project requirement
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
- Expertise in Mixed Signal, Analog, and Digital Circuit Design including Signal and Power
- Knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, USB, UART, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, RS485).
- Experienced in complete Product Development Life Cycle.
- Worked in Schematic Design in Altium.
- Proficiency in Multi-layer High-Speed Impedance Control board design (minimum 8 layers).
- Skilled in using electronic tools and instruments (Oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) with excellent debugging skills and analytical reasoning.
- Experience in ensuring designs meet compliance standards (safety, ESD, EMI/EMC).
- Knowledge of Change/Configuration Management and ECN processes is a plus
