Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Job DescriptionTitle: Expert, SAP Enterprise ArchitectureBrief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:Colgate-Palmolive seeks an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to lead its technology vision and strategy, specifically focusing on the long-term evolution of our SAP landscape. This role involves developing and maintaining a strategic EA framework that aligns SAP capabilities-including data, security, and integration-with global business objectives. The Architect will provide strategic leadership to ensure our SAP ecosystem supports growth and efficiency while establishing robust governance and architectural standards.Responsibilities:Strategic SAP Roadmap: Create and manage a comprehensive EA roadmap for the SAP landscape that aligns with business expectations and long-term IT strategies.Landscape Optimization: Ensure that the SAP technological infrastructure and platform services (such as SAP BTP) effectively support Colgate-Palmolive's growth and operational efficiency goals.Governance & Standard Setting: Lead SAP architecture governance processes to ensure all decisions align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the global architectural vision.Integration & Interoperability: Design and implement integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure flawless communication, leveraging modern integration suites and frameworks.Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate new SAP innovations and features to determine their potential impact on the existing Enterprise Architecture.Risk & Compliance Management: Assess and mitigate architectural risks within the SAP environment, including security, reliability, and data privacy concerns.Collaborate with Business and Technology leaders to understand their goals and find opportunities.Collaborate with partners across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.Work closely with IT teams to ensure the optimal implementation of architectures.Consider inputs and insights from various groups and teams to ensure that the current or proposed architecture supports the organization's multi-functional needs.Identifying patterns and trends to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of proven ability in IT as an Enterprise Architect with expertise in handling large-scale, sophisticated projects and SAP landscapes.Experience in supporting organizations by aligning business goals with organizational strategies through capability and process mapping.Solid understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into technical architectural specifications.Preferred Qualifications:Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) or SAP-specific certifications.Experience working with Enterprise Architecture tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or ABACUS.Familiarity with cloud technologies (Google Cloud, Azure) and their integration with SAP environmentsOur Commitment to Inclusion
