Purchase Officer - Kharghar

• Handle procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, electricals, plumbing, etc.)
• Identify and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for cost-effective purchasing
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain vendor database and track material inventory
• Coordinate with site and project teams for material requirements
• Ensure quality standards and cost control

• 2+ years experience in real estate/construction procurement
• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of building materials and rates
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Male candidate preferred
