(Load & Control) Wind Principal Engineer @India

• Improve global market competitiveness and increase orders for wind turbine products.
• Manage new energy asset software for the following customer needs:
• Design optimal solutions for customization needs of wind farm, turbine, and components through control and system integration.
• Assess and prevent early operational risks of customer's assets with an in-depth understanding of wind turbines.
• Ensure satisfaction of different turbine models and regional grid adaptability through advanced control algorithms.
• Enhance customer's wind farm operation revenue based on optimization solutions.
• Wind farm operation analysis, solutions development, task decomposition, program deployment, and final loop closure.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with WTG (Wind Turbine Generation) Control Algorithm experience is a MUST.
• Strong internal communication and coordination skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues across various teams and customers.
• Well-organized, proactive, and successful in collaborating with diverse individuals, both customers and colleagues, in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
