Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will play an integral role in ensuring accurate financial analysis and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build on their foundational finance experience and contribute to the strategic financial goals of the organization.Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, budgets, and forecasts.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.Maintain documentation for audits and financial reviews.Identify and support process improvements in finance operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and financial software (e.g., Zoho ERP System).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits
