Learning & Development Specialist

• Coordinate onboarding and employee training programs

• Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams

• Assist in developing training materials and presentations

• Schedule and manage training sessions and logistics

• Maintain training records, reports, and feedback

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

• Support employee engagement and development initiatives

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trainers

• Working on talent acquisition simultaneously.

• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Proactive and detail-oriented

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

• LMS (Learning Management Systems)

• E-learning tools / content creation

• Exposure to IT/technical training

• Employee engagement practices
