Roles and Responsibilities: * Receive and respond to phone inquiries in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Schedule client appointments based on availability and client preferences.
  • Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Interact with clients in person and over the phone, providing assistance and information.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports, including Closing Reports and Stock Reports.
  • Update client information and interactions accurately in the CRM software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications for day-to-day tasks.
  • Call clients to inform them about ongoing or special schemes and promotions.
  • Follow up on leads received through various platforms and enter them into the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Prior work experience in premium skin clinics is highly preferred.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Should have a presentable and professional appearance.
  • Strong knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM software is essential.
