Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
Handle basic employee queries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions
Support the performance management process by collecting and analyzing performance data
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR reports and metrics
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
