Position Title: HR Partner
Location: Gurugram
Function/Domain: People & Culture (Human Resources) Role CriticalityThis is a critical role, owning the entire employee lifecycle for a designated cohort. The HR Partner ensures exceptional employee experience, flawless execution of people processes, and alignment of employees with the business agenda. ObjectivesOwn and deliver the entire employee lifecycle with excellence.Be the custodian of the Employee Value Proposition.Drive engagement, alignment, and continuous improvement by staying attuned to the organisation's pulse. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire employee lifecycle from joining to exit.Implement listening mechanisms to capture organisational pulse and improve employee experience.Deliver gold standard execution of people processes:Performance managementRewards & RecognitionLearning & DevelopmentTalent ManagementEngagement initiativesHandle grievances, foster employee connect, and ensure compliance with disciplinary protocols.Partner with Employee Relations COE to resolve ER/IR issues.Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) to deliver best-in-class people solutions.Execute people strategies (performance enablement, capability building, leadership development, succession planning).Leverage data and insights for decision-making and continuous improvement Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (Tier-1 institute preferred)Experience: 2 6 years in HR domainNote* Aviation Indeed does not charge any fees for interviews or recruitment from candidates.
