Ensure the design related process control is in line with AL Requirements.Lead deployment of QAPC methodology in all production units. This includes scorecard assessments, generating action plans and follow up of their closureCalculate and report efficiencies/savings generated by QAPC deploymentsBe the technical leader for SIOC/Operations personnel regarding QAPC topicsProvide technical support to Technical fraternity and operation facilities to identify and improve low performing QAPC loops; including but not limited to advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and loop tuningEnsure that reliability is prioritized and enhanced while applying the QAPC actionsAre you a MATCH?5-10 years process industry experience (Professional Engineer registration preferred)Education - BSc degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required (MSc degree preferred)Field experience in control system troubleshooting and supportExperience in programmable control system specification, configuration, networking, commissioning and technical support; preferably with a mix of control systems, but at least have expert level in one DCS system.Able to perform loop tuningKnowledgeable in Process technologies (e.g. cryogenic air separation process technology, distillation process technology or Steam Methane Reformers)Experience in documentation including write-up of project proposals, estimates, control narrative and application scope description.Knowledge of Google Office Productivity Suite (Drive, Doc, Sheets, etc...).Experience with Operating Systems virtualization platformsStrong analytical and organizational skills, able to multi-task with changing priorities according to operational requirements.Solid data science and statistics knowledge (regressions, linear programming, machine learning)Requires approximately 35 % travel.Able to effectively work within a diverse and international organizationAbility to read and develop functional diagramsKnowledgeable of advanced control techniquesHave a practical understanding of computer networkingFamiliarity with communication protocols such as DDE, OPC or SuitelinkSolid understanding of different instrumentation types especially analyzers and flowmetersStrong communication skills, written and oral.
