Title : Manager- IT (Systems & Networking) Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office only) Duration : Full time role. Working days : Monday - Saturday Working time : 9 AM - 6 PM. Roles & Responsibilities: Should be able to implement, commission/decommission, configure, deploys, redeploy infrastructure such as Firewalls, Core Switches, Switches, Servers, CCTV, ISPs etc infrastructure. Should be able to complete basic structure cabling activity. Should be able to commission, configure, troubleshoot, back-up. Active Directory (PDC, SDC) and other Windows servers. Should have expertise on virtualization tools such as Hypervisor, VMware, Vbox etc. Should manage the entire internal IT Management, IT projects, IT facilities and Vendor Management. Running period checks on entire Infrastructure and reporting to Management. Maintain entire Office 365 infrastructure: optimal usage of licence. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Ensure initiatives are aligned with all facets of the organization and manage effectively. Should be able to suggest and provide various hardware/software solutions addressing new business needs.. Maintain confidentiality of all employees, customers, and company records. Manage, develop, and oversee all IT personnel. Evaluate and test new software upgrades and implement according to the requirements. Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required. Evaluate and recommend hardware configurations, software upgrades, and new software installations to meet users' needs. Develops IT budgets and assists leadership team with the research of IT needs for their respective departments. Analyse departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy and security. Ensure the Information security process is implemented & train the team org-wide, should know compliance related to ISO 27001. Will monitor all service requests, incidents and problems raised through ticket portal and ensure delivery within SLA by IT support staff. Will be the L3 escalation point for all requests and incidents and personally responsible for managing and coordinating urgent and complicated support issues. Determines the root cause of incidents and implement corrective and preventive action and communicates appropriately to internal teams. Qualifications: Must have skills. Should have 8-10 years of experience in IT Support in a Technology company and should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a managerial position. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and Server administration. Exp with Firewalls & Security, Routers and Switches is required. Exp with Active Directory, Windows servers, Virtualization (All versions like Desktop, Server etc.), Server Maintenance is required. Exp with Electrical service including UPS, power supply to IT networks, Service support related to App /Laptop/Desktop/Server installation including configuration / OS support etc. Exp with Cloud support and Data Back up and maintenance is required. Exp with Inventory management of hardware and Software is required. Good written and oral communication in English is mandatory. Good to have skills: All flavours of Linux knowledge. EDUCATION Should have bachelor's in computer science or similar field. Certifications Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certifications, any firewall certifications) are a plus.
