Join a people-centric culture that is fast-paced and rewarding: you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry who value innovation, diversity, integrity, and collaboration.We're looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer who's passionate about creating scalable, component-driven frontend infrastructure while also being confident in building and maintaining backend services in Node.js with MongoDB. You'll help architect and evolve our internal design system, build clean and reusable UI components, and ensure other teams can easily consume and extend what you built.If you love writing elegant, maintainable code, enjoy building for reuse across teams, and care deeply about developer experience, this is your kind of role.What you'll be doing:

Lead the implementation of modular UI architecture using React and Vanilla JS
Build and maintain a high-quality, documented component library that can be consumed by multiple teams
Collaborate with design, tech, and product stakeholders to ensure consistency and usability across applications
Develop and maintain backend services with Node.js and MongoDB to support UI components and infrastructure
Deliver clean, readable code with strong unit test coverage
Contribute to evolving our internal design system and UI development standards
Improve tooling and developer experience around a shared UI infrastructure

What we are looking for:

5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript across the stack
Strong proficiency in React, Vanilla JS, Node.js, and MongoDB
Deep understanding of component-driven development and frontend architecture
Experience building or contributing to design systems or internal UI libraries
Demonstrated commitment to code quality, maintainability, and testing best practices
Good communicator, collaborative, and a proactive mindset
Additionally, Experience in a platform or infrastructure role serving multiple product teams
