- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the overall learner experience across all programs
- Assist in onboarding and orientation sessions, helping learners smoothly transition into their learning journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including learner profiles and support tickets
- Provide timely mentorship reminders and coordinate interview schedules for Cohort-based programs
- Track and maintain records of mentorship sessions and collect feedback from live sessions
- Engage with customers to capture success stories and testimonials for community and marketing use
- Respond promptly to platform-related queries via email and phone, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Support overall learner operations by updating internal systems and contributing to continuous process improvement
- Students or recent graduates with a background in Business, Marketing, or Communication
