- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, including defining project scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Technical Coordination & Support: Review, approve, and implement engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical designs. Provide technical guidance to project team members.
- Documentation & Control: Manage project documents such as RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders. Maintain project databases and track performance metrics.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks.
- Communication & Collaboration: Act as the liaison between clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Organize team meetings to track progress and solve issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, engineering, or field management is typically required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and time-management skills are essential.
