- Product & Release Planning
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
- Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
- Customer & Industry Engagement
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Experience with workplace domain areas, such as facility management, real estate, or workplace strategy.
- Familiarity with workplace-related software, including space planning, resource booking, or hybrid work solutions.
- Background in emerging technologies relevant to workplace transformation, such as IoT, AI, or workplace analytics.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow's platform and its capabilities, especially Workplace Service Delivery.
- Proven experience as a product manager, successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.
- Strong skills in defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on customer and business needs.
- Expertise in user research methodologies and translating customer insights into product features.
- Prior experience working with global, enterprise-level customers and understanding their unique challenges and needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders.
