Role Specification Role Title: Senior Manager – Creative & Content TPEM / TMPVReporting To: Deputy General Manager – Creative & MediaPurpose of the Role: To develop and deploy TPEM / TMPV’s content strategy by creating targeted creative pieces using research and analytics. This supports the company’s objectives across the brand's omni-channel platforms.Job Responsibilities:1. Develop TPEM / TMPV’s Content Strategy: Build a cross-platform/omni-channel content strategy aligned to TPEM / TMPV’s brand pillars and business priorities, ensuring consistent tone of voice across all content.2. Manage Development of Sales Literature: Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop and maintain engaging product sales literature for all brand touchpoints (websites, brochures, sales tools, etc.).3. Set Up Content Factory: Establish processes to produce tailored content for the electric mobility audience, ensuring all content adheres to legal requirements and TCOC mandates.4. Create Monthly Content Calendar: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across platforms, supporting media and social media teams with content for key events, product launches, and influencer campaigns.5. Reporting and Analysis: Report on content performance, including industry benchmarks, competitive analysis, and content effectiveness.6. Manage Content Agencies: Oversee content agencies, ensuring their work aligns with TPEM / TMPV's business priorities, and conduct regular performance reviews. Stakeholder Profiles & Nature of Interactions:Internal:Head of Consumer Marketing: Weekly alignment on overall marketing communication objectives.Lead Creative & Media: Daily coordination for project delivery.Product Marketing: Daily collaboration to ensure content aligns with product strategies.Sales & Marketing Teams/Commercial Teams: Support business operations with content.Corporate Communications: Weekly alignment on advertorial content and media events.External:Agencies: Daily collaboration to produce and disseminate content. Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Graduation in Marketing/Journalism/related fields.Desired Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and communication strategy, preferably in the automotive sector.Necessary Knowledge: Strategic brand management, social media marketing, content development, and design software proficiency.Desired Industry and Sectors: Automotive, content management, digital marketing.Skills & Competencies:Strategic brand managementCreativity in content developmentSocial media marketing expertiseExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
