  • Perform structural analysis (static, fatigue and damage tolerance) for primary and secondary aircraft structures using both classical hand calculations and Finite Element Method (FEM).
  • Proficient in independently interpreting stress reports, certification documents, and substantiation analyses, quickly gaining deep understanding of the underlying calculation methodologies and engineering techniques.
  • Apply scientific principles to innovate, develop, and implement business improvement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export control regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and customers.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Visual Basic is an added advantage.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications You Must Have *
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautics with 4 years or more relevant experience.
  • Expertise in load path, load balance, free body diagram, classical hand analysis methods and Finite Element Method (FEM) used in Aerospace structural analysis using MSC Nastran / PATRAN.
  • Understanding of static and fatigue analyses of metallic and composite aircraft structures.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Knowledge of Nacelle Systems for Commercial aircraft programs such as B787, A320neo, A220, A350.
  • Certification or training in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance, FEM/FEA, or Aerospace Structures is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
