- In-depth expertise in sheet metal processes (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium), including cutting, bending, welding, and grinding.
- Operating CNC machinery to perform the above processes with precision.
- Applying non-destructive testing methods for in-process quality control.
- Ensuring compliance with international standards such as EN 15085-2 in everyday operations.
- (Preferred) Possession of IWE (International Welding Engineer) certification.
- Communicating effectively with international customers and stakeholders.
- Utilizing design and office software tools—SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office—to support engineering tasks.
- Bringing senior-management experience to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and oversee complex projects.
