Role: Reliance Carbon Fiber - Maintenance - Sr. Engineer - InstrumentationEducation: Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation EngineeringExperience: 7 to 13 yearsJob Description:1. Daily / weekly resource planning (Manpower, spare parts, maintenance services), monitoring & reporting.2. Daily review of Instrument maintenance effectiveness & efficiency.3. Lead shut down , Preventive & Predictive Instrument maintenance planning.4. Participate & Promote " GAMBA" walk.5. Participate in Task force / Problem solving / Execution of work packages.7. Monitor MTBF/ MTTR of all critical equipments & define improvement actions.8. Identify & eliminate recurring Instrument maintenance issues.9. Shared responsibility for OEE & OTIF with production & technology head.10. Ensure all Instrument maintenance activities are well documented through maintenance management system (PM module), and equipment manual (History) / hand books are up to date.11. Calibration & Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of instruments.12. Technical data management (backup, traceability & retrieval).13. Ensure proper hand over of the equipment / machines after maintenance is over including cleaning / insulation / claddings etc.Preferred Experience:1. Professional having Bachelor's Degree in Instrument Engineering from a reputed university with proven academic records.2. 8 to 12+ years of working experience in leading Instrument maintenance team in a manmade fiber manufacturing / similar operations.3. Managing Acrylic Fiber Manufacturing process.4. Exposures in high temperature equipment & heavy rotary equipment's.5. Exposures in handling a large group of manpower in a cross cultural ambience.6. Experience of leading an Instrument maintenance team with continuous processes and 24/7 shift rotation
