Job Description:Location: ChennaiExperience: 6?8 yearsKey Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise / strategic accounts using recruitment and employer branding solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, TA Heads, and HR leadership teams
  • Drive account retention, renewals, and revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell
  • Understand client hiring challenges and recommend customized recruitment solutions
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and performance discussions with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Track account health, usage metrics, and adoption of recruitment products
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, hiring market dynamics, and competitor offerings
Desired Candidate ProfileMust-Have Skills & Experience
  • 6?8years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Account Management or Sales
  • Prior experience in HR Tech, Job Portals or SaaS is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of handling large accounts and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
