- Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise / strategic accounts using recruitment and employer branding solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, TA Heads, and HR leadership teams
- Drive account retention, renewals, and revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell
- Understand client hiring challenges and recommend customized recruitment solutions
- Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and performance discussions with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth delivery
- Track account health, usage metrics, and adoption of recruitment products
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, hiring market dynamics, and competitor offerings
- 6?8years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Account Management or Sales
- Prior experience in HR Tech, Job Portals or SaaS is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of handling large accounts and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
