Responsibilities:Role & Responsibilities · Preferably knowledge of existing and emerging cell technology like PERC, TOPCON, HJT. · Responsible for Proper Manpower Planning in Cell Line area for smooth and safe operation. · Responsible for maintaining discipline in chemical handling/draining / treatment · Leading role along with Process/quality department for implementing new/Improved process · Responsible for meeting annual targets eg : BOM Consumption, OPEX cost reduction without compromise quality of product/process Improving OEE, TPM Activities, · Ensuring day wise & shift wise delivery volume of tools to meet ABP targets. · Scheduling various training on chemical handling and safety norms to operators and team members. · Close Cooperation with maintenance team to reduce Breakdown & increase UP TIME. · Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures. · Responsible for Chemical Distribution System operation & compliance as per safety and EHS norms. · Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS :18001IEC 61215, STQC, JET, JIS. · Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M, JIT, Suggestion Scheme, OEE, TPM, SMED Systems on Production Floor. Requisite skills: Functional · Team Management · Development skills-self and team · Understanding of technical specifications & operation of equipment. · Sound Knowledge on Chemistry of chemicals and associated safety norms. Job (if any) · Sound Knowledge on Chemical handling and chemistry of Chemicals. · Responsible for maintaining/increasing Machine Up time / OEE/MTBF. · Manpower Selection and Training and development of the associates at Shop Floor. · Understanding and compliance of Safety & EHS norms Essential areas/ factors/ conditions in which incumbent should have experience · Should have hands-on experience on Wet chemistry lines and chemical distribution system handling. · Exposure on Wafer & Cell handling and Knowledge · Have experience on developmental activities on Tool & Line Performance (Green/Black belt Projects) · Handling Cell line tools at Emergency situations.Qualifications:BE / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication /Mechanical/ Chemical EngineeringExperience -:20-25 years
