
Executive Assistant to MD and Directors

- Coordinate and manage the daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for the MD and Directors.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain discretion at all times.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organise and manage event logistics for meetings, conferences, and team gatherings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various administrative tasks.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration or related fields.
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles within the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information.
- Exposure to the dynamic venture capital and private equity sector.
