Growing together.Position in this function are responsible for collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into UAT test scenarios. Develop and maintain UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute manual test cases and document results. Identify, log, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues. Validate fixes and perform regression testing. Ensure that the system meets business needs and is ready for production deployment. Participate in UAT planning meetings and provide input on test strategy and coverage. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements in functionality and user experience. Develops and maintains standards for database integrity and quality assurance, coordinates corrective activities to clean database and retain users, and manages communication processes with other departments regarding database improvements. Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance. Maintains current provider data to ensure the quality of the network. May be responsible for representing the provider network area on company IT projects, reporting and tracking provider calls and complaints, or for the support, coordination, and production of the paper directory cycles. Work is frequently completed without established procedures.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned test cases
  • Log and retest defects
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings
  • Communicate test progress and blockers
  • Weekly
  • Review and update test cases
  • Participate in UAT planning sessions
  • Provide weekly status reports
  • Collaborate with business teams for feedback
  • Monthly
  • Conduct retrospective meetings
  • Update UAT documentation
  • Review test coverage and identify gaps
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
EligibilityTo apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 23 & 24
  • Not on Active PIP or CAP (Performance Improvement Plan) or Corrective Action at the time of applying for the IJP
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate
  • 4+ years of experience in the health care industry
  • 2+ years of experience in Provider stream
  • Experience in UAT
  • Extensive work experience within own function
  • Demonstrates great depth of knowledge/skills in own function
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending and reporting on metrics
  • Proven ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proficiency in MS Access and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with medical terminology
