Manager-Research and Development :- looking for a Manager-R and D to manage, supervise, monitor and control the end to end Research and Development function of the organization effectively, in order to achieve desired targets of various existing and new product development targets, as per plan and to drive the R and D process following the highest level of data and information integrity and confidentiality of products design.Eligibility and Experience : BE/BTech Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute Excel and advance excel skills Well versed with MRP tools, ERP and MIS data management Excellent knowledge of latest design tools like Autocad/Catia/SolidWorks/Creo Parametric./Autodesk Inventor/Rhino/Alias/Blender used in engg industry.Additional Skills : Ability to be change maker for existing systems in place and add value to existing systems. Team player, good managerial and interpersonal skills, ability to cohese with work pressures and timelines. Relationship building with suppliers and other stakeholders Good analytical, mathematical skills, creativity and ability to constantly identify and work on better development areas for existing and new products.Responsibilities :Responsible for leading and conducting R&D activities for end to end development and implementation of new products as identified, prototype development and improvement in existing product and transferring results for customer market leadership through effective design and development in shortest possible time frame and budget. Lead Key projects of R&D and support business goals as defined by management for both new and existing products. Develop Parts of new products coordinating with sourcing, vendor development team, design team functions Develop Technical documents of the new Parts/new Products like BOM and design parameters, engineering drawings and data sheets. Produce and test Prototype of new product. Plan, schedule and coordinate with resources to prepare necessary documentation. Identify and resolve arising engineering problems, developed during new product development and keep upto date records of the same for future reference. Determine and execute improved and latest followed R and D technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers for best products introduction in market Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Operations and Management. Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment for new products. Suggest suitable R and D training tools to the company for enhancing employee performance and skill development so that the function leads innovation. Establish testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products and coordinate with necessary Govt/Private agencies for upto date specifications of existing and new products.
