Job Description:Role- Databricks ArchitectWe are seeking a visionary Databricks Architect to spearhead the enterprise-wide adoption and integration of Databricks as our centralized AI/ML platform. You will be responsible for crafting a scalable, secure, and compliant data architecture that empowers data scientists, accelerates innovation, and aligns with global regulatory and infrastructure standards. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic influence, making you a key driver in our digital transformation and AI enablement journey.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Optimize: Design scalable Lakehouse architectures and AI/ML pipelines on Databricks using Apache Spark across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Ensure Compliance: Align solutions with global data sovereignty and regulatory requirements in collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.Enable Self-Service: Develop reusable frameworks, documentation, and tooling for self-service model development and deployment.Drive ModelOps: Lead ModelOps strategy for lifecycle management, automation, governance, and integration with DevOps/DataOps.Optimize & Govern: Enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and governance of Databricks clusters, workflows, and jobs.Lead & Mentor: Act as a strategic advisor and mentor, promoting innovation, team growth, and knowledge sharing.Global Deployment: Architect global model deployments ensuring compliance with regional laws and company policies.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in data/AI architecture, with hands-on expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and major cloud platforms.Architecture Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lakehouse architectures, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), security, and governance.ModelOps Skills: Proven track record in implementing ModelOps strategies at scale.Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement, consulting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Skills:Databricks,Apache Spark,lakehouse architecture,Cloud PlatformAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
