Location : Ahmedabad Experience Required: 7+ years in project management, with a preference for backgrounds in renewable energy sectors. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical or renewable energy industry, demonstrating stability and growth within their previous roles. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. Analyze financial information (budgets, projections, etc.) related to projects and ensure that projects are completed within budget and scope. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Participate in tender process i.e. design, submission, and review. Design risk mitigation plan. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff. Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary. Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects. Manage large and diverse teams. Qualifications and Skills: Proven leadership skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Deep knowledge of project management principles. Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management. Proficiency in project management software tools.
